Celebrate World Pasta Day with Emilia’s Pasta on 25th October, with special £10 Masterclasses on this day only, including a free drink and 50% off food!
During the 1-hour class, you’ll learn:
- How to create the perfect egg pasta dough (to impress your family/next date)
- What’s behind a good quality Egg pasta: how to choose the best ingredients
- The difference between Semolina and 00 Flour
- How to roll the dough (using a pasta machine)
- How to make 2 different pasta shapes: Tagliatelle & Farfalle
- How to pair pasta shapes with the right sauces (not just people have their perfect match, pasta does too!)
- How to reuse pasta scraps to create more pasta shapes.
After the Masterclass, you’ll be able to take your pasta creations home in a takeaway container to chef up in your own home kitchen. Add your favourite sauces and bring out your Italian alter-ego this World Pasta Day.
Event details:
- The classes will begin on Sunday 25th October at 12pm, with the last class finishing at 8pm.
- All classes are held at Emilia’s newest restaurant at Central Saint Giles, near Tottenham Court Road. (6 Central St. Giles Piazza, London, WC2H 8AB). The team will direct you on where to go once you have arrived at the restaurant
- All the ingredients and equipment will be provided (you just need to bring your love for pasta to the celebration)
- Please arrive around 15 mins before the class!
- For World Pasta Day, masterclasses are offered at only £10 per person (this includes 1 complimentary drink – alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink).
- Anyone purchasing a masterclass ticket can enjoy 50% off food throughout the day. Drinks will be available at usual menu prices. Simply show your ticket to the team to redeem the offer. Please note that last food orders are at 9:15pm.
